1. Where are you located?

Lifter’s Lab is an online-based fitness store, and we ship our products directly to your doorstep. We work with trusted suppliers to deliver quality fitness gear, no matter where you are.


2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

  • Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days

  • Some items may arrive earlier depending on availability

You'll get a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your country.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real-time.


5. What if I ordered the wrong size or item?

No worries! If you ordered the wrong size or item, reach out to us within 24–48 hours after placing your order. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it ships.

Once shipped, we’ll guide you through our exchange process if needed.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll walk you through the return or exchange process.

Please note: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds for eligible returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.


8. What sizes are available for gym wear?

Our gym and yoga clothing usually ranges from XS to XXL, depending on the product. Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the perfect fit.


9. How do I know if a product is in stock?

All available products on our site are updated regularly. If something is out of stock, the “Add to Cart” button will be replaced with “Sold Out” or you'll see a note on the product page.


10. How can I contact you?

11. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes! If you’re interested in ordering in bulk for your gym, team, or business, shoot us a message. We’ll be glad to talk discounts and delivery options.


12. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
